The deposit on all investigations will be roughly 50% of the ticket price. The remaining balance is due prior to arrival.
Deposits and tickets are non-refundable, although we may be able to work out other arrangements with you in special situations. Options of attending a different event or transferring the ticket to another participant.
Our locations do not offer sleeping amenities for long naps such as beds, or cots. There will be appropriate seating for all events if you need to take a break and rest.
Although we will normally close ourselves in during certain portions of an investigation, there will always be a guide that can let you out of the buildings along with any safety exit doors included on the property.
We recommend you show up at least 30 minutes prior to any event so we can get you checked in. Please do not arrive more than 30 minutes prior to the event because the crew may not be set up yet or on location.
All of our events will have snacks and drinks for all attendees. We do encourage all hunters to bring extras in case of limited supplies or long events
You are welcome to bring your own equipment to the events. No open flames or Ouija boards will be allowed. Ghost Hunt Nation is not responsible for any equipment damaged or lost.

Smoking is allowed only in the designated smoking areas. Get with a guide to find the area you are allowed to smoke in.
Most of our hunts will involve a sensitive individual. You may hear words such as clairvoyant, psychic, medium etc, used to describe themselves to others. We appreciate and welcome these spiritual leaders on all of our journeys.

- Those with high blood pressure, heart disease, or a heart rhythm disorder (atrial fibrillation)
- Those with any health condition which stress and accelerated heart rates may cause harm
Absolutely! Anyone can free roam at any time. We are only there to make sure groups rotate out so that both groups have a chance to investigate the entire area without contamination. Unless noted all locations will be two groups of 5 or less. So if you bring a group of 5 there will be another group at the event but acting as a separate investigation team out of noise range the entire time.
